They kept us up to date on where things were at and changes they were making that actually saved us a ton both in life distruption and financially. I was also a little skeptical about paying a by the hour rate at first, but they still incredibly affordable given the scope of work. The quality of their work is excellent; the crew is knowledge and courteous, cleaning up every day to minimize the impact on us; and they communicated effectively. They did a complete remodel of our basement 10 years ago which included flooring, bathroom remodel, drywall and more. They have remodeled our deck including plumbed natural gas. They installed a hot tub and deck surrounding it. They have painted various parts of our house inside and out (most recently August 2022).
