"We engaged JMC to remodel our master bath shower room in June 2021. When the walls were opened, we discovered that the house plumbing lines were polybutylene which is non code and will likely fail. Therefore, we changed the project scope to replacing the plumbing lines with PEX and remodel both the master bath and upstairs guest bath. Replacing the plumbing lines required opening ceiling and wall areas in the laundry, family room, and kitchen. Instead of a fixed price we switched to payment based on time and materials. The work started in July and went through the end of September. We were out of the house for two weeks while the water was shutoff for the plumbing line installation. JMC crews and contract staff were very professional, easy to coordinate with, and have in our home for the duration of the project. When they were done, you would not know they had been here except for the remodeled bathrooms which we love. It was a summer we did not plan on but are grateful that Joe and his staff worked us into their busy schedule to get our project done so we could resume living normally in our home."
